свикване на Общо събрание на Сдружение с нестопанска цел
ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ПО КИНОЛОГИЯ ЗА ЕВРОПА
УВАЖАЕМИ ДАМИ И ГОСПОДА,
Управителният съвет на Сдружение с нестопанска цел ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ПО КИНОЛОГИЯ ЗА ЕВРОПА, на основание чл.23 ал.1, ал.2 и ал.3 от ЗЮЛНЦ и чл.20(1), чл.21(3) и чл.21(4) от Устава на Сдружението, свиква редовно годишно Общо събрание на членовете на сдружението, което ще се проведе на 28.01.2017год., от 13:00часа, в гр.Eлин Пелин, пл."Независимост"5, ет.2, зала 7, при следния ДНЕВЕН РЕД:
1. Приемане на дневния ред на събранието;
2. Избор и представяне на Председателя на събранието;
3. Отчетен доклад за дейността на Сдружението през 2016год.;
4. Разисквания по Отчетния доклад;
5. Приемане на Отчетния доклад за дейността на Сдружението през 2016год.;
6. Приемане на нови членове;
7. Приемане на едностранни писмени искания за напускане на Сдружението, отправени до Председателя на УС;
8. Приемане на промени в Устава на Сдружението;
9. Разни.
Поканват се всички членове лично или чрез упълномощени представители да присъстват на Общото събрание.
При липса на кворум на основание чл.23 от Устава на сдружението и чл.27 от ЗЮЛНЦ, Общото събрание ще се проведе в същия ден, на същото място и при същия дневен ред от 14:00часа.

Днес 26.11.2016год. ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ПО КИНОЛОГИЯ ЗА ЕВРОПА награди печелившите участници във фотоконкурса „Щастливи заедно“. До 30.09.2016 г. бяха получени множество снимки от цялата страна, изпълнени с положителни емоции и изразяващи радостта от общуването на кучетата и техните стопани.
Голямата награда – цветен телевизор, получи кучето АРГО (белгийска овчарка), който дойде за събитието със своите собственици чак от гр. Лом. На второ място, бе класиран чаровникът ФРАНКИ (мопс), а третото място, бе за Бард (американски булдог). Сред наградените участници, бе и очарователната АМБЪР(чихуахуа). Победителите и номинираните във фотоконкурса получиха грамоти, купи, медали, розетки, ветеринарни препарати,хранителни добавки,лакомства, плюшени играчки и мн.други награди.

Елин Пелин, общ. Елин Пелин, бул. София 13, ет. 4, помещения 1 и 2. Сдружението се управлява от Общо събрание и Управителен съвет.

На 25.10.2016 г. от 15:00 часа в заседателната зала на Община Елин Пелин се проведе среща с граждани за обсъждане на мерките на дългосрочна програма за намаляване на популацията на бездомните кучета в общината. На срещата присъстваха г-н Тодор Тодоров - Председател на ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ПО КИНОЛОГИЯ ЗА ЕВРОПА, заместник-кметът „Инвестиции, европейски проекти, строителство и екология“ – инж. Радослав Орловски, г-жа Зорница Тодорова - Управител на Информационен център FCE, Цветанка Христова – еколог на община Елин Пелин, представители на ОДБХ, кметове на населени места в община Елин Пелин и граждани.

ОБСЪЖДАНЕ НА МЕРКИТЕ НА ПРОГРАМА ЗА НАМАЛЯВАНЕ НА ПОПУЛАЦИЯТА НА БЕЗДОМНИТЕ КУЧЕТА В ОБЩИНАТА
На 25.10.2016 г. (вторник) от 15:00 часа в заседателната зала на Община Елин Пелин ще се проведе среща за обсъждане на мерките на дългосрочна програма за намаляване на популацията на бездомните кучета в общината, предложена от Федерация по кинология за Европа. Поканени са всички заинтересовани лица.
ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ ПО КИНОЛОГИЯ ЗА ЕВРОПА подписа договор с община Елин Пелин за ветеринарномедицинско обслужване. Предмет на договора са залавяне на бездомни кучета на територията на общината, поставяне на упойка и кастрация. Два екипа на Федерацията ще работят по неговото изпълнение, като ще бъдат формирани два пункта за кастриране на животните, а дейностите ще започнат приоритетно от местата, където има подадени сигнали на граждани и ще обхванат всички населени места. Първите резултати се очакват в края на 2016 година.Това са първи стъпки от поредицата мерки, залегнали в петгодишна програма за овладяване популацията на безстопанствени кучета на територията на община Елин Пелин. Всички заложени в нея мероприятия ще бъдат извършени в съответствие със Закона за защита на животните, Закона за ветеринарномедицинската дейност, международните практики, становището на Световната здравна организация и Европейската конвенция за защита на животните.В резултат от изпълнението на програмата се очаква постоянно и поетапно да намалее популацията от бездомни животни. Планираните мерки ще доведат до регистрация на домашни животни, повишаване на събираемостта на данъци за тях и стимулиране на кастрацията им, което ще резултира в трайното решаване на проблема и овладяване на притока на безстопанствени животни от дома към улицата. Програмата ще спомогне за утвърждаване на законовите критерии в отглеждането на домашни животни и ще повиши безопасността на градската среда в общината.

На 14.05.2016год. в гр.Санкт Петербург, Русия се проведе работна среща между
Президента на FCE - Тодор Тодоров и Президента на РАЛДЖ - Дементьев Э.Э.
Поводът за срещата бяха въпроси, касаещи развитието на кинологията в Източна Европа, Прибалтика и Руската Федерация. Проблематиката на дискусията включваше и пунктове, като: стандарти на породи кучета; бази данни; нарастващия брой на родословни удостоверения с невярно съдържание; негативните тенденции в развитието на "шоу" и "работните" породи кучета; подготовката и атестацията на специалисти-кинолози; проблемите на ловната кинология и много други. Страните постигнаха консенсус по редица въпроси.

The object of the association's activity is to:
- Breeding activity and selection
- Registration of kennels
- Development of PEDIGREE / Dogs of proven and unsupported origin according to the Federation's rules and international requirements of the cynological organizations
- Organization of seminars, trainings, collections, specialized exhibitions and competitions of different breeds of dogs
- Organization of judging seminars and examinations for judges
Main objectives of the association:
- Enlargement of cynological culture
- Gathering owners and lovers of dogs of different breeds
- Consulting members of the Federation on issues related to breeding and selection
- Creation of certificates of origin / PEDIGREE /
- According to improving the quality of veterinary and medical prophylaxis and treatment
